OUR STORY
Pintura Pinay’s origins go back to 1982, when one of the partners in a previous paint manufacturer decided to strike out alone. This was the birth of Pinturas Ayelenses S.L., and the new brand began to carve a niche for itself in and around Valencia.
When the second generation of the family joined the company, a new phase began, raising the company’s profile. The product range was broadened and the company’s image updated to meet new markets further afield in Spain.
In 2015 Pinturas Ayelenses S.L. suffered a near catastrophic fire which destroyed the water-based paint manufacturing facility and the warehouse. However, we quickly got back into production, albeit in precarious circumstances, while the plant was rebuilt around us.
A year later in 2016, the new plant was opened, boasting modern facilities and expanded manufacturing capacity, and Pinay began to expand into new overseas export markets.
